the 2009 Up Your Alley Fair and 2009 Folsom Street Fair.

over 50% sold, so get your application in now.

2009 National Community Grant Applications Available
Program open to qualified US based 501(c)(3) organizations
Grant applications are now available via download for all US 501(c)(3)
organizations for our new National Community Grant program. Applications are
due by Wednesday, September 30th, 2009. Funds will be distributed
after the 2009 Folsom Street Fair season.

2009 Beneficiaries Announced
Sixteen non-profits selected
The board of directors of Folsom Street Events is proud to announce
the beneficiary organizations that have been selected as grant
recipients in both the "Major" and "Supporting" categories
for the historic 2009 fair season.
These organizations provide important services
to our community, and we are proud to support them.
During 2008 your continued support
of our events help us raise over
$339,725 for local San Francisco non-profits. We look forward
to you helping us make the 2009 season
an even more successful one.
In these times of decreased government funding all contributions
can make a difference.

Beverage Partner Applications Available
Open to all bay area 501(c)(3) organizations
Applications are now available to all bay area 501(c)(3) organizations that
are interested in becoming Beverage Partners. Beverage Partners operate the
various beverage booths throughout the fairgrounds at our events. In exchange
for your hard work, your organization can receive a portion of the net proceeds
of sales from your booth.
- 2009 Artists' Area and Poster Competition
open now to all artists
We cordially invite all artists to register for and submit entries
to the two segments of our Artists' Progam at the Folsom Street Fair.
Now in its third year, the Juried Artists' Area of the Folsom
Street Fair offers artists free booth space and promotion. The
Poster Competition, now in its sixth year, is open
to artists producing all forms of flat art (2D) including
photography. Cash prizes totalling $800 will be awarded.
- Bay of Pigs®Tickets Now On Sale
Up Your Alley weekend's hottest fetish party
Folsom Street Events announces that the Pig returns to
grease up your Up Your Alley experience.
Bay of Pigs® (Saturday, July 25th from 10pm - 4:00am)
will be held at 181 Eddy St., San Francisco. Feauturing
DJ Ted Eiel - on the Main Floor and
DJ Luis Cintron - in the Dungeon.

Advertising Rate Card Available Now
We've published our rate card for placing ads in the official 2009 Folsom Street Fair® Program. Each year we distribute thousands
of guides from coast to coast as well as on the fairgrounds. A portion of
all advertising proceeds supports our beneficiaries.
- San Francisco Leather Week Formal Dinner
Tickets Available Now
Celebrate San Francisco Leather Week and the Folsom Street Fair with
glamour and style at our now annual Formal Dinner. This special event
is scheduled for Thursday, September 24th at supperclub san francisco.
Gourmet dinner, open bar and an amazing performance by the multi-talented
Varla Jean Merman are all included. Tickets are $75.
