| Exhibition make electronic rock music that you can dance to, sing to, and #^$! to. Throbbing dance beats and layers of deep, undulating grooves merge with uplifting melodies and soaring vocals. Exhibition emerged on the EBM/synthcore scene with their 1999 debut release Uninhibited. A remix collaboration with Steve Bronski produced the band’s first underground club hit “When I’m Old.” Live shows soon followed, including several dates opening for Marc Almond and a west coast tour. The band produced several remixes and contributed an electroclash version of Joy Division’s classic “She’s Lost Control” for DJ Keoki’s 2004 non-stop mash-up mix Kill The DJ.
The recently restructured lineup includes lead vocalist and keyboardist Sean Niles and psy-trance artist Darren Burgos (Psychoid) on vintage keys/MacBook, with hot guest guitarists and drummers rounding out the live lineup. Armed with their new single “Jesus In A G-String,” Exhibition invites you to get ready to get down and dance your asses and your G-strings off! |
