In 2003, Folsom Street Events began discussions with a group of
dedicated and engaged leather men from Germany about the possibility
of taking the ideas, principles and concepts that make Folsom
Street Fairtm so successful here in San
Francisco and using them to create a world class leather event
in Berlin. In early 2004 we conculded an agreement with Folsom
Europe e.V. in Berlin.
Folsom Europe premiered in 2004 and will have its fifth event
in Berlin-Schöneberg
on Saturday, September 6, 2008.
From 12:00 noon until 10:00pm Europe's Leather-Fetish scene will
present itself in the
Fuggerstr. / Welser Str. area.
At the Street Fair there will be associations, nightclubs,
bars and enterprises from the Berlin and European scenes as well as
the sponsors of Folsom Europe. Well known DJs from the Berlin
Club scene will perform live gigs.
